Dear mrs Wilcox,
The Dutch Indies Genealogical Association does not provide you with the information related to the references listed in their large index.
To carry out research you may contact the Centraal Bureau voor Genealogie (Central Bureau for Genealogy - CBG) the Dutch information and documentation center for genealogy, family history and related sciences. Ask the CBG to estimate the costs involved first. http://www.cbg.nl/
By the way have you tried Genlias? A national Dutch database containing essential information for genealogical research. It is a joint initiative by a number of public archives in the Netherlands. You can use Genlias to find information recorded in official Dutch civil registers. Search for SPALL.
