JAMES J. SHAW
FARMERSBURG, IND.,June 11 -
(Special) - James J. Shaw, 76 years
old of Farmersburg, died at o'clock
Friday morning at his residnce. Sur-
viving are the widow, Lulu;one son,
James Jr., Milmaukee, Wis.; three
stepsons, Loren Conner, Oxford, Ralph
Conner, Centralia, Ill. and George
Conner of California; two stepdaugh-
ters, Mrs. Regina Ottinen of Brook-
ton, Mass., and Mrs. Mary E. Wilson
of Harvey, Ill., and three grandchil-
dren. Services will be at 3:3 o'clock
Sunday afternoon at the Fidler and
Wood Funeral Home. The Rev. Odelle
Coalter will officiate and burial will
follow in West Lawn Cemetery.

MRS. MARY "BET" HALL
FARMERSBURG, Ind., June 11 -
(Special) - Services for Mrs. Mary
"Bet" Hall, 91 years old, who doed at
11:30 o'clock Thursday morning at jer
home, will be at 2 o'clock Sunday
afternoon att the Farmersburg Church
of Christ. The Rev. Delbert Cagle will
officiate and burial will follow in West
Lawn cemetery. Friends may call at
the Fidler & Wood Fueral Home.
Surviving are two sons, Herbert and
Herman Hall, both of Terre Haute;
four grandchildren and eight great-
grandchildren.

MISS LOTTIE LAFFERTY
MARTINSVILLE, Ill., June 11 -
(Special) - Miss Lottie Lafferty, 90
years old, died at 1 a.m. Friday
at the Hurtz Nursing Home in Casey.
She was a retired school teacher. Sur-
viving are two sisters, Mrs. Lula
Worrick of Martinsville and Mrs. Daisy
Baughnam of Midland, Tex. Services
will be at 2 :30 o'clock Sunday after-
noon at the Greenwell Funeral Home.
The Rev. George Baldridge will offici-
ate and burial will follow in City
cemetery here. Friends may call after
3 o'clock Saturday afternoon.

MRS. DORA LOGAN
PARIS, Ill., June 11 - (Special) - Fu-
neral services for Mts. Dora Logan, 91
years old, Paris, who died Friday at
the Paris Hospital, will be at 2 o'clock
Monday afternoon at the Ward and
Sutton Funeral Home with the Rev.
Ronald Allin officiating. Burial will be
in Edgar cemetery. She is survived b
a daughter, Miss. Martha Logan, at
home, and a sister, Mrs. Edgar Eliot,
Warren, Ind.

ARDEN S. CORYELL
WEST UNION, Ill., June 11 - (Spe-
cial) - Services for Arden S. Coryell,
76 years old, who died unexpectedly
at 6:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at
the Prust-Hosch Funeral Home. The
Rev. H. J. Kemp will officiate and
burial will follow in Yorl Cemetery.
