I was looking up a probate record in the 1860's and the entry columns were:

Decedent, executor, settlement date, G.D., Box No.

What does 'G.D.' stand for?

What does 'Box No.' represent (number 19 in this case)? Does it point to an existing box of records at the county?

Thanks,
Ernie
