Sullivan County Health Department would have the death certificte if there actually is one. Used to be a charge of $6.00, but its been good while since I orderd.
Have found the death records to be incomplete.
Searched Thomas and Mary White Houck, found them in Sullivan,Gill Township,Indiana on 1910 census. They married 27 Oct 1880 in Sullivan, but cannot locate them as a married couple in 1900 census, or after 1910.
Do not find them in the cemetery records.
1910 Mary listed zero children.
Going to keep looking for them in 1900 as I enjoy a challenge.
Interesting to note that Malissa Blackburn living with Vernila White Blair on the 1880 census was actually a sister to Thomas J. Houck.
