I am interested in knowing the names of Frank Nipp's parents. He was born 8-18-1880 in Rush co I believe. I know his daughter was Virginia Lee Nipp (recently deceased). Any info on this Frank or any other Nipps in the area would be greatly appreciated. I already have quite a bit, but lack several names and D.O.B. on certain ones.
