Henrietta Immen/Immens b circa 1859 Savannah, GA married in NYC Richard W. Moore b Charleston. Her father was a Von Immen/Immens from Prussia - name? Mother rumored to be a Yamasee indian who was active in the Underground Railroad. They found her out because of her long, black braids and she was sent North. No luck tracing family before 1880 census. Any ideas or suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Several children born Manhattan: Mary Rose b1879, married James Borden. Richard W. b 1882 married Ida. Chester b 1887 married "Ret". Henrietta b 1889 married Joseph Arthur Lee Edgar b 1893 married Jean. Donald b 1899, died 1918 in flu epidemic.
