Looking for any information concerning the parents of Mary Ann Davis b. about 1828-1831 in Indiana or Ohio. She married Nicholas Sheeks 29 Oct. 1850 in Coles County, Illinois, and then to Willard Bates in about 1869 probably in Cumberland County, Illinois. She died 18 April 1910, a 30+ year resident of the Cumberland County, Illinois Poor Farm (AKA Old Folks Home). She is buried at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Cumberland Co., IL Known children are: Ellen Sheeks b. abt 1851 Samuel Sheeks b. abt 1852 Amanda Sheeks b. abt 1854 John David Sheeks b. abt 1856 George N.
