There is a Richard Savage, born 13 Feb 1824 near Louisville, KY, died 10 Sep 1900 Litchfield, IL. Married 7 Feb 1846 Frances Wright Jett, born 7 Nov 1830 Louisville, KY, died 2 Apr 1895 Greenville. IL. She is buried Hazel Dell cem. Bond Co., IL Don't know if this is the Richard Savage you are thinking of. Beutonne McKean
