The 1900 census Newton, Cache, Utah lists Haskell, James born Aug 1854 California. father bn Missouri, mother Illinois, married 14 yrs, occ: farmer wife- Rosa, born Dec 1862 Utah, parents bn U.S. had 5 children, all born Utah, 5 survive son Henry bn Oct 1880 occ farm lab son David, Nov 1887 other children's occ: at school dau Lizzie, Dec 1889 son Raymond, Feb 1891 son Irvin E.. May 1893 dau Madia, Nov 1895 The marriage column clearly lists 14 yrs for Rosa, James had a 20 crossed out and then a 14 listed
