The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa Thursday, December 6, 1906 MISS ELLA WILKEY was born at Monmouth, Ill., Dec. 9, 1860. Died Dec. lst, 1906, at her home in this city at the age of 43 years, 11 months and 22 days At the age of 2 years she came with her parents to Albia, Iowa, remaining there until 14 years of age when she came to Chariton and was united in marriage to I.N. DIXON. To this union were born 4 children, all living but one who died in infancy. This couple living happily together until God took the husband away in the year of 1898. On Oct. 23, 1899 she again united in marriage to MR. OWEN BERRY of this city to them one child, JAY, was born. The children living are: FRANK S. DIXON of Galesburg, Ill.; FRED ISAAC, and EDNA MAY DIXON and JAY LEROY BERRY, of this city, all being present with the husband when death came. The funeral services were conducted from the home in the west part of the city, by Rev. I.E. Hartman, Pastor of the United Brethren Church at Lovilia.
