Little Brown Church is a couple of miles east of Nashua,IA and the site was town of Bradford with post office from 1852 to 1899.(Present day Bradford is in Franklin Co.) My grandfather was b. in Bradford in 1866. I believe the Church was actually built some years later.Pearl Rock is a few miles S. of Nashua.
