Hello Maria:

For John Feerick/Feerock M 1878 (exact), Co. Galway, I found 2 rcds, 1-church, 1-civil. The civil rcd is in Ballinrobe civil district.

For Ellen Hyland M ditto, I found ditto. These are highly likely to be for your ancestors. A view of the detailed rcds in the online database should confirm/refute this. If so, the view SHOULD reveal their parents' names as well as other info. Civil records generally captured more info than church B/M/D records.

For Ellen Hyland B 1857 +/- 4 yrs, Co. Galway, with a father forenamed John, I found 0 rcds. There are 4 rcds in this range, but the father's name is either not JOHN, or wasn't recorded. Will let you solve this puzzle.

For John Hyland M 1857 +/- 6 yrs, Co. Galway, I found 5 rcds:

Church Marriage Hyland John 1854 Co. Mayo
Church Marriage Hyland John 1855 Co. Mayo
Church Marriage Hyland John 1857 Co. Mayo
Church Marriage Hyland John 1857 Co. Mayo
Church Marriage Hyland John 1859 Co. Mayo

Hope this helps. Good luck.
