Hi, Linda: I have a chart that I put together on Hundleys in VA that has an Ambrose b.1678, d. 1768 marrying Elizabeth Wilkinson b. Jan. 29th, 1678 bp. Chester Parish, York, VA. If you contact me directly at Lconway@sonic.net I will email the info to you. The data goes back to Godfrey Hundley b. 1600 in England, 3 generations before Ambrose. I am a descendant of Henry Conway who married Sarah Hundley b 1750. I also have a letter written by a Walter L. Hunley in Louisville, KY in 1998 regarding the Hunley line--the spelling of the name does vary (with and without the "d" but I believe they are referencing the same line of people). I haven't done the hard job of verifying the chart that I put together but plan on working on it in the future and will share with you what I have and where I found it. Sincerely, Laverne Conway
