In http://livelyroots.com/gerald/1162.htm, Samuel Gaston Huffman, born 1862, son of Samuel Huffman and Sara Jane Allen,(Huffman)is said to have married Judy Maddy in 1884. I don't believe that is correct. How can the record be corrected? The same Samuel Gaston Huffman was my Great grandfather. He was born in 1862 in Virginia (old,now Wva) and died in 1959 at the home of his daughter Rosa Ethyl Huffman, (Wiseman)in McArthur, Vinton County Ohio. He married JUDA (that spelling is correct) Elizabeth Meadows on Jan 17 1884. She was born on Jun 28 1860 and died in 1932 in Hamden, Vinton County, Ohio on the farm owned by her husband, Samuel Gaston. She was burried in the Elk cemetary in McArthur, Vinton County, Ohio and joined there later by Samuel Gaston in 1959. I firmly believe this is the correct information about the marriage of the Samuel Gaston Huffman who was the son of Samuel Huffman and Sara Jane Allen,(Huffman).
