Hello all, I am working on a project for my father, Thomas Heyward Hodge III. We are supposedly directly related to Thomas Heyward Jr, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence. I am having a lot of trouble proving this! I have located the names of my great-grandfather's (Thomas Heyward Hodge Sr) parents. They are William Francis (Frank) Hodge II (b.24 Nov 1845 d.1897) and Jane Amanda Law Hodge (b. 21 May 1846 d.9 Oct 1932). I have found his parents' names but no dates - William Francis Hodge Sr and Charlotte Langford. I would love to find Jane's parents or Charlotte's, particularly if they are a Heyward. I really appreciate your help! By the way, my Hodge family originates from Bluffton, South Carolina. Thanks! Victoria Hodge
