I have hit a brick wall regarding my great-grandmother Lula Belle Hillis. Hopefully someone will be able to match up and help me out. Lula Belle was a seamstress. Following her death she was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Tioga, Tioga County, PA. The information I have is listed below.
