I'm researching family of Alfred Hibbert, hatter, b.1827, Lancashire, son of Joshua Hibbert, hatter, b. 1800, Lancashire, I think. Does anyone know parents of Joshua or any other relations? Alfred came to Ohio in 1853 with brothers John and Henry, worked in hat manufacturing, and later moved to Bloomfield, NJ, in same business.
