Hi, I am looking for some info on a Johnathon Greaves who had a land grant 1811 for Hickman Co Tn..The lands are in the first Dist and he is selling them to assignee Daniel Warren. I am researching the Warrens and trying to see how/if this Daniel might relate to J. Greaves..The Warrens came from Edgecombe/Nash CO NC to settle in Lincoln Co TN by 1820..Can anyone tell me anything on Greaves, and are there various ways his last name was spelled??? Hoping to hear from someone, Cindy
