I really can't tell if they are the same person without knowing more of his relations. Sorry. My Thomas Goulding was born in 1880 in Ince, Lancs County England. His parents were John Goulding (b. 1854 Northumberland) and Jane Bennett (b. 1855 England). He had 11 siblings, but I have only found the names of four of them...William b. 1873 Wigan, England ... Richard b. 1874 Ince ... Edward b. 1975 Wigan ... and Albert b. 1884 Ince. Sorry I can't be of more help. I wish you luck in your research. Elizabeth
