Dear Ann Ranger, The Isaac Gledhill that you speak of that married Emma Foster in Sydney 1873, is from my family tree!! Isaac was born in June 1857 in Dewsbury England, his parents were: Benjamin and Jane Gledhill (Illingworth) whom were married in Dewsbury in June 1839. Isaac siblings were: Samuel,Amanda, and Mary Jane. Benjamin and his family came over from England to Australia abroad the unassisted immigrants ship The Commodore Perry which arrived in Victoria in Sept 1857.Hope this helps, Deb.
