I found this on line- Melissa Last Will and Testament of Burrell Gilliam Northampton County, Virginia September 1800 Court To wife Nancy Gilliam all my estate both real and personal, all debts due me and whatever money may be found belonging to me also my stock, household goods, etc, until my son, Adams Gilliam, arrives to the age of 21, my said son to be supported and educated out of the profits of said estate. To Adams, 4 of my likelyest negroes at wife's death or marriage. Should said son depart this life under age or without issue said negroes to be sold and money divided between my said wife and Patty Folks, Franky Gale, William and Moses Gilliam, Nancy Norwood, REBECCA ALLEY, Wyatt Gilliam and my grandson, Burrel Gilliam, the son of Wyatt Gilliam, my personal estate to go to my said wife and children aforementioned.
