Debbie Griner & I were able to hook up our two GESSERT lines at long last. The discussion moved over to the GESSERT message board at Ancestry.Com, which is much more active. Both Genealogy.Com and Ancestry.Com are owned by the same people as of 2004, but they have not combined the message boards yet. Maybe they never will. But the message boards at Ancestry.Com are free, just like the ones here, and seem to be more active.
