Good luck with that. I get repeated automated messages including ones saying it's solved - it isn't- and then others saying to ignore the automated messages. I have pointed out to them in detail where the problem lies - exactly what is wrong with the URL.
I have yet to have a direct reply from a person to my email.
As others have mentioned, we pay dearly for this service and aren't getting a prompt fix. I agree there was likely a server change and some links didn't get updated. That has to be a very simple fix. I am starting to think that because there was a partial fix to the problem, they are assuming they fixed it all. I have notified them that the problem has not been totally fixed and continue to get mixed automated messages.
Maybe if enough people continue to report the server error, it will get fixed one day.
