What you have run into isn't a language setting problem but rather a difference in the list of fonts being used by the program. The program apparently uses a rather simplistic reference to the installed font table that Windows provides for programs. Sometimes when additional fonts are installed either by the user or by other programs, the font in use by Easychart can get changed. Please take a look at the Easytree Options and make sure that the correct font is selected.
