I am using Generations 5.2 Family Tree Grand Suite (for Windows 95) in my PC which has been upgraded to Windows 2000 SP4. I am experiencing a number of problems in that I cannot create any of the listed Chart, Sheet, or Report variations normally available under the "Create" options. In each case I get a "there is not enough free space on the disk" response. Likewise, under the "File" options when I try to export Gedcom or Text files it does not allow me to Save these files under the "Save In" option. Again I am getting the same message as above. Can anyone offer a solution? I am very happy with Family Tree and would rather not change to another programme if possible (particularly if I cannot export a Gedcom with all my current information). Also I have just purchased a laptop which uses Windows XP Professional SP2 and I am wondering whether I will be able to load Family Tree onto it and, if so, whether I will have the same problems. Any assistance/suggestions would be most welcome. I have tried John Schiefen's solution (as posted on 23 April 2005) but when I right click and select "Properties" on C:/SIERRA/GEN5/TREE5, there is no Compatibility tab to select from - the only tabs available to me are General, Version, Security, and Summary.
