I am trying to restore my files onto Generations 4.2 on my new computer. When I go to restore file and click on the A drive, I can see my backup file. After I select it and click restore, it says "opening backup file". Then after a couple of seconds it says "System Error, Cannot Read From Device". I click Close, then it says "General Protection Fault in Module Easytree.Exe at 0020:10C8. I don't have Microsoft Word on this computer, but had it on other. Could this be the problem? Can anyone help?
