I have continued to fuss with trying to get white background while I'm waiting for someone to come to my aid. This afternoon I have noticed that ONCE after I had my chart formed and all the boxes aligned the way that I wanted them - then . . . . clicked on 'tree' and scrolled down to 'color'. . . . the box that opened showed me a full palette of colors. (Like the one that Microsoft Word gives you when you want to choose a color for fonts). It was wonderful - and I got the white background, etc., etc. that I've wanted.
However, the next time that I did the same thing, I got what I call a limited palette of colors. And everything was back to printing out with black background. So I tried the reserve color choices: black background and a color font . . . . I got a pale beige background printed out. Guess that's an improvement, but still hope that someone can help.
Why and how did I get that large palette choice once? Why and how did it print out the way that it should that once? Why not again?
