Yes, I've had the very same problem. It seems I can view the family cards but any attempt to edit the information causes it to be lost. In addition to the same problem you're having editing, it has also caused source citations to be deleted as well. I tried virtually every decent genealogy program and converted my file to a gedcom in order to enter it into the new format--so far the results are poor. None of the programs I've tried are anywhere near as easy to use or are as versatile as Generations, and so far none can correctly convert all the information from the Generations-generated gedcom file. The only way I've been able to continue is to resurrect an older PC and transfer the family file back to that computer in order to continue. It's not really as convenient as having it on my main computer but it works. So if you don't have an older PC with an older copy of Windows (XP still works) perhaps you can scramble to find one cheap or even free somewhere. It should get you by until someone comes up with a fix (if someone comes up with a fix). Hope this helps
