Hi Wayne Because you are using Vista it doen't let the program store data or reports in the program folder. Vista is quite strick about keeping programs and data apart therefore you will need to look carefully when you save a report to see where the program is saving it to on your hard drive. Alternatively do an automatic search to look for the file name. It is very likely to be in My Documents somewhere. regards Tony Beardshaw
