I do not know the answer to this problem except to say that your Generations v8.5 published by Sierra is not Windows XP compatible and it is not unusual to encounter weird errors such as this. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling v8.5? Can you reproduce the problem using a new test family file? There is a simple workaround for the issue of printing page 2 of the family group sheet using Generations v8.5a. Regards, Trevor Rix
