Yes. I finally took my computer in to the store and they "cleaned" it, reinstalled Windows, and all of my files, and it still wouldn't open. They also told me that that file was probably corrupted. Fortunately I have a backup, so I have now put the "backup" on my computer and it is working fine. Thanks.
