Trevor Rix, please help! I've been reading messages from others having this problem, which has just started happening to me. I'm using v8.0 and had no problems when I first changed my computer and upgraded to XP, but I notice that someone else mentions a problem with a TalkTalk file ... I have recently connected to TalkTalk, so wonder if this is my problem too. I would be most grateful if you could e-mail me the fix. Many thanks Lynda
