Hi Michael, I stumbled upon your posting while googling "Ansel Montgomery." My gggg grandmother was the sister of Ansel. I know this relationship to be true from correspondence (letters) between the Montgomery family dating back to the mid 1850's which are found in my late grandmother's collection. Regarding your question, I do not have any information on Ansel's wedding date although if I stumble upon something of interest, I'll be sure to let you know. Would you be able to send me a copy of Henry's (died 1820) will? I'm very interested in seeing it. Is there any mention of Eliza Gill (nee Montgomery)? This is my line.
