Looking for an unknown Garrard that married a Kittie Cartee. Kittie Cartee was the daughter of William Cartee & Jane Jones. Kittie was born 5 Aug 1884 in Bulloch County, Ga. died 24 Nov 1918 in Bulloch County, Ga. and she is buried at Lake Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Metter, Candler County, Ga. Have a picture of Kittie Cartee Garrard's headstone, but have no other information on the man that she married. Please help me if you can in this matter! Thank you & GOD BLESS! David H.
