According to my Paulding County Cemeteries book, there are a number of Baxters buried at Mt. Olivet, but no Sanford or Elizabeth among them. There is a Sanford Franklin Baxter, one month old, born and died 1911 in Dallas City Cemetery, and there are many Baxters buried there. There are many Baxters in other cemeteries in Paulding, but I didn't find the two you asked about. Also, I did not find your aunt in my Paulding cemeteries book.
