I'm trying to find some information about my maternal Grandmother's family. Her name was Lucy Cleo Fulford, born in 1907 somewhere near Ellaville, GA (Schley County). She married Marvin Phillips and they lived in Ellaville until their deaths in the early 1980's. She had two sisters, Elizabeth (we called her Aunt Bessie) who married Robert Wall, and Kitty-Lou who married Benny Devane. All of these folks lived in the Ellaville, GA area. I don't know what my Grandmother's Father's name was, but I seem to recall my Grandfather referring to him as "Major", even though he wasn't in the military (I think he was a farmer). I don't know if there is any relationship to your family, but two people in the area named "Lucy Fulford" seems to be more like a family name than coincidence??? Thanks for any info you may have...
