this is all so interesting. I might have been able to let this just go by, but my Grt Grandfather James Forsyth b 1863, named his youngest son...James Forsyth. These are the men my Father was named after. I'm positive that there is some explanation. I'm also interested, as you say you are connected to the Greig's.
