My grandfather, Albert Douw Fonda's (1893-1962, b. Fonda, NY d. Fonda, NY) siblings are:
Cornelia Dockstader Fonda (1883-1980) b. Fonda, NY d. Fonda, NY
Selena Veeder (Fonda) Schuyler (1885-?) b. Fonda, NY d. Fonda, NY
Marvin Snell Fonda (1887-1951) b. Fonda, NY

My father, Albert Granville Fonda's (1928-, b. Fonda, NY res. Philadelphia, PA area) siblings are:
Harriet Elizabeth (Fonda) Calsbeek 1922- b. Fonda, NY res. Reno, NV area
Sybil Clark Fonda 1923-1998 b. Fonda, NY d. Philadelphia, PA area
Cornelia Fonda 1925-1926 b. Fonda, NY d. infancy, Fonda, NY

And my, Albert Mark Fonda's (1956-, b. Buffalo, NY res. Houston, TX) siblings are:
David Barber Fonda (1955-) b. Buffalo, New York res. Philadelphia, PA area
Jill Suzanne (Fonda) Allen (1958-) b. Buffalo, NY res. Baltimore, MD area
Elaine Ruth (Fonda) Fuguet (1961-) b. Buffalo, NY res. Philadelphia, PA area
Janet Ellen Fonda (1963-) b. Philadelphia, PA res. Baltimore, MD area

We used to visit the Fonda farm on Rt. 30A in Fonda, NY in the early 60's but the farm was sold in about 1965, shortly after our grandfather Albert Douw Fonda died. We went back one time in the early 80's and watched a dirt track race at the Fonda Speedway - "The Place to Race". My Dad was born in the Amsterdam, NY hospital while living on the Fonda farm (the last Fonda to be born there; and first to be born in a hospital). He and I are both engineers. The last Fonda that I knew living in the area was my great Aunt Cornelia Dockstader Fonda who died in 1980 at the age of 96. She was never married and (from her obituary) worked as a librarian at the Fonda-Fulton Central School and the Frothingham Free Library of Fonda; was a member of the Fonda Reformed Church and had had served as church treasurer; member of Caughnawaga DAR Chapter and had served as regent of the chapter; and member of the Parliamentary Club of Fonda. Survivors were her sister, Mrs. Earl Schuyler (Selena Veeder Fonda, "Aunt Lena" to us) of Fultonville and nieces/nephews/cousins (which I know nothing about). I don't know anything about the Marvin Snell Fonda line since he died before my time.

Are you related to any of these people?
