FOGLEMAN (VOGELMANN) REUNION http://embark.to/foglemanreunion Friday, October 7 & Saturday, October 8, 2005 (near) Burlington, North Carolina DESCENDANTS OF GEORGE AND CATHERINE (CURTISS) FOGLEMAN George Vogelmann (Fogleman) (circa 1721-circa March 1785 per his Will ) arrived on the Ship Shirley at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 5 September 1751. He married Catherine Curtiss (Gotz), they had the following children: Peter who married 1) Ann Margaretha (unknown); Anna Margaretha Fogleman who married Joh. David Gobel; John Fogleman who married Molly Shaddy; George Adam Fogleman who married Catherine “Katy” Shaddy; Elizabeth Fogleman who married Peter Coble; Catherine Fogleman who married John Coble; Eve Fogleman who married John Spoone (Loeffel); Henry (Heinrich) Fogleman who married Nellie Helena (unknown) And Mary Fogleman who married John Shaddy, Jr. REUNION INFORMATION Friday, October 7, and Saturday, October 8, 2005 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Greet & Meet – Fogleman Reunion Committee (FRC) at the Pleasant Hill Church Social Hall (aka The Hut), 1712 Pleasant Hill – Liberty Road (off SR49), Liberty, North Carolina. The church is six (6) miles from the small town of Liberty and approximately 20 miles from Burlington. · Review and verify genealogy and historical materials, and to view family table displays. By request only, tours of Ancestral Locations in Alamance County. · A tour might consist of Ancestral Locations in Alamance County (the homesite property of George I, Low’s Lutheran Church, St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church, and possibly the Polly Fogleman Historical site, in and around Burlington).
