Land permits numbered 103 (John Boyet), 111 (James A. Boyett), 125 (Edward Boyet Sr.) issued in 1843 for land in Benton now Hernando Co. FL.

The land descriptions include landmarks such as Chocachatti Settlement, Scotts Road, Annutteliga Hammock.
The locations are in what is now Brooksville FL the county seat of Hernando.

Does anyone know the locations of these landmarks or have any Boyet(t)(e) family information such as cemetery records in Hernando Co.

The descriptions include the following:

James A Boyet(t)(e) (He was a Hernando Co. tax collector in 1858)
Quarter of a mile east of Scotts Road and about two miles of the Chocachatti Settlement. In a hammock called Knowles? Hammock.

John Boyet(t)(e)
About one hundred and fifty yards of the Annutteliga (?) on the east side then running into (?) Hammock or a hammock attached to the (?) Hammock.

Edward Boyet(t)(e)
North side of the Annutteliga Hammock
Two miles and a half west of Scotts Road
Two miles from the Chocachatti Settlement
