Book "A" of the County Commissioner or Justice of Peace records is missing. It covered the time period 1828 through 1842. This book was lost when the court house was moved. The book on the history of Hamilton Co., FL doe not mention a fire in the court house.
The 1830 - 1840 census records are availabe on line.
Marriage records, deeds, probate, 1850 -1885 census records
1900- 1930 census are avaible through the Family History Center (some local Morman Church libraries.).
