Is there a Mental Institution in Desoto County and could someone give me the name, address and or telephone #. Looking for a Jep or Jeff Sholar son of John Sholar . John is deceased and also believe Jeff (aka) Jep Sholar to be deceased. Jep was married to wife with the name Edna. Anyone with any information would be appreciated.
