Falcon Oris Hughes, 67, of Panama City died Tuesday.

The service will be at 2 p.m. today at Brown Funeral Home in Chipley with burial at Rock Hill Cemetery in Chipley.

A former resident of Steel City, he had lived in Panama City for three years. He was a member of Salem Freewill Baptist Church in Jackson County.

He is survived by four sons, Nathan Hughes of Wewahitchka, Dale Hughes of Panama City, John Hughes of Moore Haven and Edward Hughes of Houston; two stepsons, James Ward of Germany and Bobby Ward of Destin; a daughter, Deborah Johnson; two stepdaughters, Barbara Camden of Portsmouth, Va., and Janet Holley of Tallahassee; a brother, Billy Hughes; a sister, Mary Camden of Chesapeake, Va.; and 14 grandchildren


Lorene Hughes, 58, of Panama City died Wednesday.

She is survived by her husband, Falcon Hughes of Panama City; two sons, James Ward of Germany and Bobby Ward of Destin; three stepsons, Nathan Hughes of Wewahitchka, Dale Hughes of Panacea and John Hughes of Moore Haven; two daughters, Barbara Camden of Portsmouth, Va., and Janet Holley of Tallahassee; two brothers, James McElyea and Albert McElyea, both of Huntsville, Ala.; three sisters, Sue McElyea and Frances McElyea, both of Chicago, and Ellie McElyea of Huntsville; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren
