Searching for info concerning Nancy Randolph/Fitzrandolph (unknown whether this is married or maiden name). She raised my gg grandfather, James Allen Thomas (b. leap day Feb 29,1868; his father's name was Adam Thomas & mother's first name was Beulah).It is believed that they lived in the Yancey NC or Buncombe NC area. I do not know where or when she was born or whether she was the sister or Adam or Beulah. Beulah died when James was an infant/small child. If any of this sounds familiar to anyone, please respond.
