Well Jean, looks like we're distant cousins of some nature. Your Mary Faushauer would most likely be the Mary, aged 4 in the 1880 Census in Wayne Co., Penna., daughter of Frederick (b January 1843 Germany) and Margaret (b December 1848 Germany) Fasshauer. Frederick and his brother, Henry, came over from Hesse-Kassel in 1847 with their "family".(The rest of whom I'm trying to figure out) Interestingly, in the 1900 Census, Margaret is said to have had five children, four living, with daughters Anna 17, Lena 14, in household. The 1880 Census has three daughters in the household Mary 4, Agusta 2, and Annie 7 months. This seems to imply that the Annie in the 1880 Census died young and their next daughter they named Anna!
