Looking for information on Charles Oscar Everly, was a Hessian soldier who settled in Virginia. One of his sons Charles Oscar Everly, the second married Eliza Sallyard. They had a son born in 1850 in Morgantown West Virginia. They later moved to Missouri. Information on either man would be appreciated.
