Thanks for all the information. I do have a question. I believe it was Nimrod Evans who signed as a witness to the marriage bond of John Evans and Elizabeth Windsor, daughter of William Windsor. You have done so much researching into this line. Is it your belief that Nimrod is the brother to this John Evans? Am trying to straighten out these John Evans, as I descend from John Evans and Elizabeth Ann Windsor. (Ann was her middle name as it appears on land transfers in Mercer County, Missouri.)
