I am searching for my CROFTS with any spelling prier to 1820 they were in Sumpter County, S.C. USA in 1830 I Know they came from England and was told one of them returned to England during or just prier to the REV. war. My ancestor was Josiah Crofts, his first born was named Caleb which could have been a family name. PLEASE HELP! Many thanks, Edith Croft Ward
