I am looking for information concerning a William Jeffreys born and died in England (where specifically I don't know) and was married to a woman named Emma. He was the father of Arthur Jeffreys born 4-2-1844 and whom married Lily E. Jones on 11-7-1865. Arthur died 9-17-1917, but I have no information on William other than he was born and died in England. Any information would be helpful. Thank you, ej
