Alternate spellings could be Lankeshier Lancashire Lancasher lancaster lancashyer There is one Lankesheer in the 1841 census from Bath and 2-3 in the 1851 census also from Bath and more in later census from Bath. in the 1841 census George is down as NOT being born in county, ie not Somerset. There is also a boy Thomas Waters with them, his age has been overwritten so is hard to read but look like 10 or 6 or 16 but that may be months? as he is listed between the 2 girls age 4 and 1 month
